The purpose of the Homestead Senior High School Education Excellence School Advisory Council (EESAC) shall be to: foster an environment of professional collaboration among all education stakeholders; help create a learning environment that will empower students, following graduation, to pursue post-secondary education and/or enter the workforce directly with the knowledge, skills, abilities, desire and confidence to become productive citizens and employees. The Council shall strive to accomplish this purpose through the consensus decision-making process in preparing and evaluating the School Improvement Plan and M-DCPS Strategic Planning Goals.
