Athletic Eligibility

• Minimum 2.0 GPA to participate in athletics
• Notorized school physical - physical forms available in the main office and athletic office
• Purchase of school board insurance - insurance forms available in main office and athletic office
• All incoming ninth graders and/or new students must provide athletic department with copy of birth certificate
• Ninth and tenth graders that do not meet the minimum 2.0 GPA may be eligible for an athletic participation contract
• Boys who wish to participate in football must purchase the school board football insurance (football insurance is purchase separately from the insurance which covers all other sports)
